Is it free?
Yes, free. We plan to keep it running with ads eventually — no paid tiers, no credit card, no catch.
What data do you keep?
Your email and your lanes. That's it, and it's never sold. Lanes expire on their own after 60 days.
How often do you check, and how often do you email?
We check every lane hourly. We email only when something changes — a new risk shows up, an existing one escalates, or an urgent risk clears up.
Will you flood my inbox?
No. Each alert type has an 8-hour throttle so the same warning doesn't repeat all day. A new TYPE of risk, or anything serious enough to raise your lane's verdict, emails immediately — smaller same-type updates wait out the throttle.
Why haven't I gotten any alerts?
Quiet means your lane is clear — that's the system working, not broken. Your manage page (linked in every email) shows your lane's current verdict any time you want to see for yourself.
Where does it work?
USA lanes. Our severe-weather alerts come from the National Weather Service, which covers the US — so we don't pretend to cover Canada or Mexico.
Do I need an account?
No. Every email includes a private manage link for your lane — edit, pause, or delete from there.
